I attended a free “social security” class that was available in my community. Keith, the instructor, did a great job and taught us everything we needed to know about SS. It was excellent! I thought I pretty much knew enough about SS but I actually learned a lot more; different strategies about what age to begin your draw, tips about taxes on SS, and other meaningful information. I am going to take other classes that they offer as well. I highly recommend this class.
It was a pleasure to met Keith. On the day of the seminar, the room was set up and had a booklet at every place. Keith greeted everyone as they came in the room. Since the topic of Social Security benefits cannot be drilled down to all the very specific options in a short time, this was a very good presentation on the overview of one’s benefits. One of the main positives of this presentation was that I realized I have been keeping up on my upcoming Social Security. Attending this seminar everyone was provided the option to sign up for a one on one strategy session with Keith. Keith was able to provide real time numbers and projections for me to help me make a sound decision when it comes to receiving my benefits. Keith was very helpful and I’m happy. I attended both the initial seminar and the one on one strategy session. I appreciate the time Keith took to provide me, and all who attended the information.

I personally recommend the classes offered by Keith Helmendach for Social Security and Medicare. These topics are more complex than meet the eye and Keith makes them less complex by putting things into laymen's terms. I will take these courses again, as I get closer to actual retirement.
